How long does it take?
Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days from order approval. Need it sooner? We offer rush options as fast as 3 days. The clock starts once your design and apparel choices are finalized.

Will the embroidery last?
Yes—our embroidery is built to last. We use top-tier machines, strong threads, and tight stitching, so your design won’t peel or fade after a few washes. Many of our clients keep embroidered apparel in rotation for years.

What type of thread do you use?
We mainly use high-quality stranded cotton (embroidery floss) but offer other thread types too—like metallic, polyester, or specialty threads. If you’re not sure what’s best for your project, we’ll help guide you.

Can you embroider my logo?
Definitely. Just send us your logo, and we’ll digitize it for embroidery. We’ll walk you through thread options, placement, and sizing so everything turns out just right.

How large can my design be?
It depends on the item, but we can typically embroider up to 12” wide on flat surfaces like jacket backs. For smaller items like hats or sleeves, we’ll size your design accordingly without losing detail.

What items can you embroider?
We can embroider on almost any fabric—polos, dri-fit shirts, jackets, tote bags, hats, and more. If you’re unsure about a product, just ask and we’ll confirm compatibility.
