Screen printing (also called Silk Screen Printing) involves creating a custom stencil—or “screen”—used to apply layers of ink directly onto your garments. It’s the go-to choice for bulk orders and bold, high-quality prints.

We print designs up to 13” wide x 19” long, with options for placements like sleeves and pockets. Whether you’re outfitting your crew or launching a promotional event, screen printing offers unmatched consistency and color pop—especially on darker fabrics.

How should I wash screen-printed apparel?
To keep your design looking fresh:

• Turn garments inside out

• Wash with cold water and mild detergent

• Avoid direct sunlight when air drying

• Skip the bleach and fabric softeners

Can you print on more than just T-shirts?
Absolutely. We also print on hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, tote bags—even pens and cups. If it’s printable, we’ll make it shine.

Can I order the same design on different garments?
Yes! You can mix and match shirt styles (e.g. short sleeves, long sleeves, hoodies) with the same design.

What kind of ink do you use?
We primarily use Plastisol Ink for its rich color, clarity, and durability. Want something different? We also offer Water-Based Inks and other specialty options by request.

Will my design show up well on dark garments?
Yes! We use a white base layer under your design to ensure it stays vibrant, sharp, and high-contrast—even on the darkest fabrics.

How long will the print last?
With proper care, our screen-printed garments hold strong through 50+ washes without significant fading.
